Each Service Provider conducts their business differently and may collect payment for their goods/services in one of two ways:
1. Parent/Guardian pays for goods/services at time of service. This type of purchase can be reimbursed with OH ACE account funds directly to the parent/guardian via claim submission with an attached receipt in the OH ACE app as long as the parent/guardian has connected their bank account to the app.
2. Service Provider issues an invoice to the parent/guardian for goods/services. This invoice can be paid directly to the Service Provider using OH ACE account funds by submitting a claim with the attached invoice in the OH ACE app, as long as the Service Provider has set up their account to receive those funds.
Please check with each Service Provider ahead of a purchasing decision to ensure you are aware of their policy regarding payment at time of service or invoicing.

CTW offers in-house programs that usually meet on throughout the week after school and in the evenings, as well as Saturday mornings to mid afternoon. Students that participate in our Players (7-9 yrs old), Ensemble (10-12 yrs old), and Teen Company (13-18 yrs old) programs are also offered the option to audition for the show. As a theatre education is our focus, every student that auditions will receive a role with lines. We also offer day camps and workshops throughout the school year to offer more hands on activities and exploration of different theatre topics. We offer field trip opportunities and pricing for most of our shows (9 full productions total) as well as offering a touring show that is able to come directly to schools to perform in the gym, library, or classroom. We partner with schools to offer theatre education programs, both during and after school, as well as support for their programs. We also work with local homeschooling cohorts to offer theatre curriculum and production opportunities. During the summer we offer 8+ weeks of camps, as well as three fully mounted musical productions. We also partner with different programs such as the City of Toledo, Libraries, and Department of Parks and Recreation to offer programs throughout the City of Toledo at low cost for our youth in their own neighborhoods.
