Browse education service providers who have been approved to receive funds from Ohio ACE educational savings accounts.
Each Service Provider conducts their business differently and may collect payment for their goods/services in one of two ways:
1. Parent/Guardian pays for goods/services at time of service. This type of purchase can be reimbursed with OH ACE account funds directly to the parent/guardian via claim submission with an attached receipt in the OH ACE app as long as the parent/guardian has connected their bank account to the app.
2. Service Provider issues an invoice to the parent/guardian for goods/services. This invoice can be paid directly to the Service Provider using OH ACE account funds by submitting a claim with the attached invoice in the OH ACE app, as long as the Service Provider has set up their account to receive those funds.
Please check with each Service Provider ahead of a purchasing decision to ensure you are aware of their policy regarding payment at time of service or invoicing.

Our programming includes reading and math curricula, homework support, social and emotional learning components, as well as food/nutrition, and physical/ outdoor enrichment. We work closely with school districts to be responsive to their needs and the needs of families. We also work with local entities to provide field trips, host guests and various presentations to broaden our students' experiences. Many of the families we serve struggle economically, and although we provide some scholarships and strive to keep our prices low, the ACE program could greatly benefit many of our families who need a safe and enriched environment for their children while parents are at work or just need to expose their children to more experiences and have more academic support than could be had at home. During the academic year, our programs run at 10 sites from 6:30 AM to the start of school, as well as after school until 6:00 PM. During the summer, programming operates at 6 sites, running continuously from the first week of June through mid-August, from 6:30 AM to 6 PM. We provide these services by staffing, training, supervising and supporting over 100 employees. Our Program Quality Team, Curriculum Team, Data and Registration Team provide these services, while the Wood County Educational Service Center serves as our fiscal agent and central office location.
