Each Service Provider conducts their business differently and may collect payment for their goods/services in one of two ways:
1. Parent/Guardian pays for goods/services at time of service. This type of purchase can be reimbursed with OH ACE account funds directly to the parent/guardian via claim submission with an attached receipt in the OH ACE app as long as the parent/guardian has connected their bank account to the app.
2. Service Provider issues an invoice to the parent/guardian for goods/services. This invoice can be paid directly to the Service Provider using OH ACE account funds by submitting a claim with the attached invoice in the OH ACE app, as long as the Service Provider has set up their account to receive those funds.
Please check with each Service Provider ahead of a purchasing decision to ensure you are aware of their policy regarding payment at time of service or invoicing.

The following websites explain options that we offer to students in the state of Ohio: https://treca.org/treca-flex https://treca.org/programs/summer-school https://treca.org/programs/test-prep These are entirely online courses, which work in collaboration with the students' local school district. Students are advised to talk with the school counselor about the courses needed and timeframe for completing those courses before signing up, and then a transcript is sent to the students' local school at the end of the program. For the summer school and Flex programs, we wish to apply only as a parent reimbursed program (parents pay for the courses at time of registration and then are reimbursed by the state). Parents/students pay upfront for course(s) selected. There is an invoice built into the system that they can print; however, their payment must still be received prior to established deadlines/courses beginning (depending on which program they enroll into). TDA can provide payment verification that the parent/student can use for reimbursement upon request.
