Each Service Provider conducts their business differently and may collect payment for their goods/services in one of two ways:
1. Parent/Guardian pays for goods/services at time of service. This type of purchase can be reimbursed with OH ACE account funds directly to the parent/guardian via claim submission with an attached receipt in the OH ACE app as long as the parent/guardian has connected their bank account to the app.
2. Service Provider issues an invoice to the parent/guardian for goods/services. This invoice can be paid directly to the Service Provider using OH ACE account funds by submitting a claim with the attached invoice in the OH ACE app, as long as the Service Provider has set up their account to receive those funds.
Please check with each Service Provider ahead of a purchasing decision to ensure you are aware of their policy regarding payment at time of service or invoicing.

Julie Billiart Schools are special places for K-8 students with mild to moderate autism, ADHD, anxiety, dyslexia, and other learning differences, to learn and grow. With locations in Akron, Lyndhurst, and Westlake, Ohio, JB can currently serve up to 400 students with unique learning and social needs. JB offers students seven hours of direct intervention each day as well as onsite speech, occupational, music, and art therapies. For almost 70 years, we’ve provided an award-winning whole-child approach to education that instills a sense of connection, confidence, and curiosity. Where other public and private schools might struggle to meet the diverse sensory and processing needs of children with learning differences, we understand, cater to, and specialize in individualized support that helps students become empowered learners and self-advocates. All JB students, with a base of loving support and a curriculum of challenging academics, graduate from high school or are on track to do so. Many of our kids go on to college and become doctors, lawyers, teachers, scientists, and authors. Others become community advocates, church or community volunteers, food service workers, mothers, and fathers. More importantly, they become empowered individuals who have learned their inherent worth and practice love, acceptance, and belonging in their daily lives. Just as every child is different, so, too is every path to success. At JB, we recognize and celebrate the fact that success looks different for every one of our kids.
