Each Service Provider conducts their business differently and may collect payment for their goods/services in one of two ways:
1. Parent/Guardian pays for goods/services at time of service. This type of purchase can be reimbursed with OH ACE account funds directly to the parent/guardian via claim submission with an attached receipt in the OH ACE app as long as the parent/guardian has connected their bank account to the app.
2. Service Provider issues an invoice to the parent/guardian for goods/services. This invoice can be paid directly to the Service Provider using OH ACE account funds by submitting a claim with the attached invoice in the OH ACE app, as long as the Service Provider has set up their account to receive those funds.
Please check with each Service Provider ahead of a purchasing decision to ensure you are aware of their policy regarding payment at time of service or invoicing.

Baldwin Wallace University is an academic community committed to the liberal arts and sciences as the foundation for lifelong learning. The University fulfills this mission through a rigorous academic program that is characterized by excellence in teaching and learning within a challenging, supportive environment that enhances students' intellectual growth. BW assists students in their preparation to become contributing, compassionate citizens of an increasingly global society. We know that our students are seeking additional educational experience. Throughout the pandemic, students were unable to fully engage with their interests and lost crucial time developing their skills. Baldwin Wallace University endeavors to address this divide by bringing these students to campus for additional educational experiences. The opportunity to be directly involved in the education of our youth is a privilege we do not take lightly - we are consistently striving to improve our educational practices and ensure we are sufficiently challenging our students at the appropriate level. According to the American Camp Association, the most critical issue facing camps today is the mental, emotional and social health of students. School-aged students are growing increasingly distant from one another. Between the prevalence of cell phones and two years of isolated learning, students have missed crucial social development. As adults, these interpersonal skills and ability to integrate into society will be imperative to success. Bal provides students with an opportunity to immerse themselves in social situations. Students are surrounded by those with similar interests to provide comfort, and different backgrounds to expose them to new ideas. We are honored to bring students to campus and help them hone their teamwork, interpersonal skills, and relationship building.
