ACE Extension Announcement
If you have questions or need help submitting a claim for reimbursement, please use the Help Center.
Each Service Provider conducts their business differently and may collect payment for their goods/services in one of two ways:
1. Parent/Guardian pays for goods/services at time of service. This type of purchase can be reimbursed with OH ACE account funds directly to the parent/guardian via claim submission with an attached receipt in the OH ACE app as long as the parent/guardian has connected their bank account to the app.
2. Service Provider issues an invoice to the parent/guardian for goods/services. This invoice can be paid directly to the Service Provider using OH ACE account funds by submitting a claim with the attached invoice in the OH ACE app, as long as the Service Provider has set up their account to receive those funds.
Please check with each Service Provider ahead of a purchasing decision to ensure you are aware of their policy regarding payment at time of service or invoicing.

Inspirations Academy offers an in-person Homeschool Enrichment Program, Tutoring (in-person and virtual options) and in-person Summer Enrichment Programs. Our mission is to inspire students and families to think outside the box, explore their God-given talents and make a positive difference in their world no matter their age or academic background. The Homeschool Enrichment program is ran by a homeschooling family and supports other homeschooling families with enriching academic activities as outlined by the Ohio Homeschool Code. Homeschooling students come together three days per week for 6 weeks at a time from 9a-1p to collaboratively learn together in small groups under the guidance of trained teachers, parent volunteers and teacher volunteers. The Homeschool Enrichment Program is designed to support homeschooling families with enriching academic experiences September-May. Attendance is not required nor reported since this program operates as a ""Learning Pod-Homeschool."" Families are still legally responsible for their child's education. Ohio-required content as defined by Ohio Homeschool Code included during the Homeschool Enrichment Program includes but isn't limited to English language arts, mathematics, science, history, government and social studies. Additional content includes geography, fine arts, access to college courses, foreign languages, American Sign Language, Bible study, computer science, financial literacy, entrepreneurship and more! Tutoring (in-person and virtual options) is also available for varying subjects with a qualified educator, including English language arts, mathematics, science, history, government and social studies depending on the student's age and content needed. The Summer Enrichment Programs occur in June and July for 3-week sessions each. They are academic-focused, hands-on and engaging! These programs are led by experienced staff who are trained in our Immersion Learning Approach. The Summer Enrichment Programs keep students actively learning and happy while also avoiding the academic summer slide! Only approved educational items are reimbursable. Please visit this link for full details.
