At KeKe's, we have embarked on creating stories that portray characters depicting a variety of diverse cultures. Our books benefit both younger and older readers. At KeKe's publishing, we want to help change the narrative as EARLY LITERACY MATTERS! Our tutoring services start as early as pre-k. We offer group tutoring or individual targeted sessions. Our services are grounded in the Science of Reading and use only evidence-based best practices to ensure a well-rounded literacy experience. Each of our sessions includes an explicit and systematic approach to letter recognition and sounds, decoding, spelling, fluency, comprehension, writing, vocabulary, grammatical structures, and a variety of complex text with genre exposure. Reading is more than knowing the alphabet. In fact, that is only the beginning! For children to become confident readers, there are many skills that they must master, and KeKe’s wants to help.
