Each Service Provider conducts their business differently and may collect payment for their goods/services in one of two ways:
1. Parent/Guardian pays for goods/services at time of service. This type of purchase can be reimbursed with OH ACE account funds directly to the parent/guardian via claim submission with an attached receipt in the OH ACE app as long as the parent/guardian has connected their bank account to the app.
2. Service Provider issues an invoice to the parent/guardian for goods/services. This invoice can be paid directly to the Service Provider using OH ACE account funds by submitting a claim with the attached invoice in the OH ACE app, as long as the Service Provider has set up their account to receive those funds.
Please check with each Service Provider ahead of a purchasing decision to ensure you are aware of their policy regarding payment at time of service or invoicing.

Founded in 1951 in Athens, Ohio by a small group of Ohio University professors and community members, OVST originally served as a community theater and a laboratory for Ohio University’s School of Theater. In 1988, OVST was re-established as a separate 501(c)3 non-profit organization with continued support from Ohio University. The community and University partnership continues to benefit from strong collaboration, dedicated donor-patrons, ongoing operating support from the Ohio Arts Council, and local and regional business partnerships. OVST offers high-quality performances for the entire family; partners with theater professionals, Ohio University faculty and students, and community members; offers an annual youth theater camp; and helps to organize and support regional arts events and performances year-round. As a donor-supported, non-profit organization, we encourage innovative approaches to live performance and welcome new participants and partners to our productions, youth camp, and volunteer Board. OVST is proud to be a community heritage organization that adds to the vibrant, cultural fabric of Athens County and the surrounding Appalachian region. We're thrilled to announce our 2023 Summer Camp, which has the exciting theme of "Under the Sea"! The camp will run for three weeks, starting on Monday, June 5th, 2023, and concluding on Friday, June 23rd, 2023. Throughout the camp, our wonderful staff will guide campers through various theatrical concepts and skills, along with fun crafts, games, and an opportunity to design and build elements of our summer youth musical, Little Mermaid Jr! While the musical will be produced separately from camp, campers will learn new skills and put their creativity to the test as they design and create various aspects of the show. Little Mermaid Jr will take place in late July, and campers will have the chance to use the skills they've learned during camp to create props, costumes, and set pieces for the production. In addition to the musical, we're proud to share that we've worked with a team of professionals to create an entirely new summer camp curriculum tailored specifically for OVST Youth Summer Camp! Campers will focus on developing their acting, music, movement, and artistic design skills, all while having a blast and making new friends. Our campers will gain valuable knowledge and experience in theatrical and technical production in a supportive and fun atmosphere. By the end of the camp, campers will have learned several design elements and will have the opportunity to showcase their newfound skills in an original performance for families. We can't wait to share this exciting summer camp experience with your children!
