Each Service Provider conducts their business differently and may collect payment for their goods/services in one of two ways:
1. Parent/Guardian pays for goods/services at time of service. This type of purchase can be reimbursed with OH ACE account funds directly to the parent/guardian via claim submission with an attached receipt in the OH ACE app as long as the parent/guardian has connected their bank account to the app.
2. Service Provider issues an invoice to the parent/guardian for goods/services. This invoice can be paid directly to the Service Provider using OH ACE account funds by submitting a claim with the attached invoice in the OH ACE app, as long as the Service Provider has set up their account to receive those funds.
Please check with each Service Provider ahead of a purchasing decision to ensure you are aware of their policy regarding payment at time of service or invoicing.

Here at the Academy of Kung-Fu & Tai-Chi we train students in the art of Tien Shan Pai Kung-Fu. Students learn self-control, self-discipline and self-respect through the values and principles of Tien Shan Pai. Students will learn forms, which are a series of techniques sequenced in a pattern in order to practice for mastery. Also, each individual technique is introduced as a single and a two person techical drill. Once students are proficient at these techniques in a two person drill they are then introduced to them in a sparring situation, with a qualified instructor, with control who knows how to set the individual they are sparring into a situation where they can use what they have learned. Students are also assessed by the head instructor once the techniques from the forms have been learned. This assessment is called a belt test, students will be asked to demonstrate and apply what they have learned in order to progress to the next level (belt). Students are required to maintain good grade, complete chores given by parents and practice as part of the program. We promote, homework, housework, practice.
