ACE Extension Announcement
If you have questions or need help submitting a claim for reimbursement, please use the Help Center.
Each Service Provider conducts their business differently and may collect payment for their goods/services in one of two ways:
1. Parent/Guardian pays for goods/services at time of service. This type of purchase can be reimbursed with OH ACE account funds directly to the parent/guardian via claim submission with an attached receipt in the OH ACE app as long as the parent/guardian has connected their bank account to the app.
2. Service Provider issues an invoice to the parent/guardian for goods/services. This invoice can be paid directly to the Service Provider using OH ACE account funds by submitting a claim with the attached invoice in the OH ACE app, as long as the Service Provider has set up their account to receive those funds.
Please check with each Service Provider ahead of a purchasing decision to ensure you are aware of their policy regarding payment at time of service or invoicing.

I provide private voice and piano lessons to students at my home studio, as well as Princeton Junior and Senior Highschool, near Cincinnati. These lessons are educationally valuable as they allow students to gain mastery of an instrument, while building on the knowledge gained during choir, or general music classes at school. Students learn the fundamentals of technique, ear training, improvisation, and a study a variety of musical styles. They will be expected to practice their assignments outside of the lesson, which teaches them to plan and prepare for success. I encourage the students to participate in two recitals during the academic year, where they perform for family and friends. Most importantly, their identity begins to expand, as they see themselves as creative individuals, with specific skills as a musician. Our world needs more of these students, willing to follow their dreams and work hard to achieve them.
